By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site, my Facebook page, my Instagram page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this page or any other accounts. These terms and conditions abide by The consumer contract regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

This page contains material which is owned by us. This material included, but is not limited to the design, layout, appearance and graphics.

Working Hours
Working days and hours are not specified,due to the case of these being inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience.
Payment
Payment can be made by paypal or card. No order will be made or dispatched until KBT creations and more receive full payment for all items ordered.
Delivery
All items are delivered using Royal mail signed for, We always obtain proof of postage,

Should your order order not arrive, please contact * KBT creations and more* by either Facebook or email. A full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail tracked 48 , We ensure all items are posted to our customers are at the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the item has arrived back with KBT creations and more.
All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure safe return, a senders address , and must be sent with Royal Mail tracked 48 signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.
Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.
Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.
If you wish to return an item please notify in writing ( page/messages/email is fine) We will then process your return.
Please note there will be no returns on sale items.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from returns policy.

Please note there is a delivery option for just prints. This delivery option is only for orders that contain just A4 prints alone. If your order has other items on please select the main uk delivery option.

Return Policy
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty.
We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.
Variations
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds ( partial or full) for this.
I will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeaviur to sort any problems out as quickly as possible.
Vinyl Products
Please note that all vinyl products come with strict care instructions,.
Vinyl clothing is to be washed inside out at 30 degrees no higher, IT'S NOT TO BE TUMBLE DRYED. It's to be ironed inside out.
Vinyl on cups, mugs etc is not dishwasher safe hand wash only with warm water not hard scrubbing.
We are not responsible for any faults that happen due to the care instructions not being followed and will not issue any refunds.
Custom Orders
I love accepting custom orders and will always try my best to create what you are looking for. Message me with your ideas and i will give you a quote based upon the amount of hours I estimate the project will take., I won't move from the agreed price so you can be assured there will never be any nasty surprises.
