We currently use Royal Mail's tracked and signed for service as we value every personalised item we create and want to guarantee delivery without any parcels going missing or being delivered to the wrong destination.
As we have a range of item's we sell we offer a range of delivery options under Royal mail depending what you order.
We send clothing and item's containing multiple item's under 48 hour tracked delivery service
We have a separate delivery option for just card's and print's which is sent Royal mail first classed signed for.
Please remember the processing time of each product is 1-2 weeks, therefore do not expect your item to be with you in 48 hour's from the day you purchased it.
The above delivery time is from the moment your item is dispatched.
We may also use my Hermes on heavier parcels.
At busy time's of the year like Christmas please understand Royal Mail may experience some delay's due to being extremely busy.
Any personalised items including names, dates and ages we cannot accept any returns as we are unable to sell on personalised items.
However. if you receive your item and it is faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to offer replacements, or we may ask you to return so we can rectify. If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com
All queries to be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Parcels must be in a resealable condition ( unopened, unused, and in it's original packaging).
Return postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time.
