- Feedback must be honest and constructive.
- Reviews and photographs should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item unless otherwise agreed.
- By taking part, you agree that KBT Bespoke Gifts may use your submitted photographs, reviews and feedback across our website, social media and marketing materials.
- Discounted or complimentary tester products cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Tester products are supplied for evaluation purposes and are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Failure to provide the requested review or photographs may result in you not being selected for future testing opportunities.
- We reserve the right to end the Product Tester Programme or amend these terms at any time.
